PCB Designing
Schematic capture, layout, and a manufacturability review before anything reaches a fab.
We take a requirement — a block diagram, a reference design, or a schematic you already own — and turn it into a board that can actually be built. Layout is reviewed against fabrication and assembly constraints before release, so the first build is not the first time anyone checks whether it is manufacturable.
What’s included
- Schematic capture and netlist review
- Multi-layer stack-up, controlled impedance, and power integrity
- Placement and routing inside your mechanical envelope
- DFM and DFA review, with issues flagged before release
- A complete output pack: Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place, assembly drawings
Design capability
- EDA tools
- list the packages you actually design in — e.g. Altium, KiCad, OrCAD
- Maximum layers
- highest layer count you design to
- Typical turnaround
- design turnaround range
- Design rules
- whose fabrication rule sets you design against
